Home Remedy For Dry And Cracked Heel

Cracked skin happens usually when our skin becomes way too dry. As our skin dries, it loses flexibility and the pressure of everyday use causes it to crack. These cracks can be painful but they're also a giant beacon for infections. It's important to treat cracked skin before you end up with a much more serious health problem.

Homemade Foot Scrub
Take ½ cup milk, add ¼ tea spoon turmeric powder and rub it on your
feet. Wash feet after 10 minutes.
Take 1 table spoon fresh cream (malai), ¼ tea spoon turmeric powder, ½
tea spoon sugar and ½ tea spoon lemon juice. Rub it on your feet till
sugar is dissolved. Wash with warm water.

Foot Massage
Foot massage helps to stimulate blood circulation and it helps to treat
dry feet. It is a good way to prevent wrinkles in feet. You can massage
your feet at any time, while watching TV or before going to sleep

This beauty tip is good for dry and mature skin.

Home Remedy For Dry Skin

Dry skin is an uncomfortable condition marked by
scaling, itching, and cracking. It can occur for a
variety of reasons

6. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is really good for treating dry skin. It
has a good amount of fatty acids that make up for any
loss of moisture from the skin.
Liberally apply warm coconut oil all over your body
before going to sleep. Wash it off in the morning. Do
this daily to make your skin soft and smooth.
Apply coconut oil on your dry skin after you take a
bath or shower. When the skin is warm and supple from
your bath, coconut oil is more readily absorbed. Do
this daily.

Yogurt Mask For Dry Skin

Yogurt is an excellent skin-hydrating agent. Plus,
its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties
help soothe dry and itchy skin. Also, its lactic
acid content helps get rid of any germs or bacteria
that may cause dryness or itchiness.

Apply fresh yogurt on your hands, face and legs and
gently massaging it into your skin. Leave it on for
10 minutes and then take a bath or shower. The mild
exfoliating action of yogurt will remove dry skin
and leave your skin refreshed. Do this once daily.

Mix one-half cup of yogurt and three tablespoons of
mashed papaya. Stir in a few drops each of honey
and lemon juice. Apply it on your skin and leave it
on for 10 minutes before washing it off with cold
water. Do this once a week.

A gentle massage with yogurt into the skin is sure
to help remove dead skin cells, smooth out the fine
lines, tighten pores, hydrate dry patches, give a
much-required shine and glow.
