How To Get Soft Lips With Honey

One fast way to get soft smooth lips overnight is by providing good
amount moisture and cleaning the dirt to make lips soft, silky and baby
pink. Naturally made home remedies from honey, cucumbers, milk cream,
avocado, aloe vera, olive oil and lip products, both are useful for
making lips supple in summers and winters. These tips can be used by
both men and women to get smooth and soft lips.

A natural alternative to lip balms and moisturizers is honey that adds
softness to the skin. Honey has the powers that help skin to retain
water, making it silky and moisturized. Take some honey on your finger
and massage it to lips for 5 minutes. Now keep it for another 15
minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. This is a natural
treatment to get ultra smooth lips naturally.

Tips To remeber
Change your bad habit of licking and biting lips and this makes it dry
and cracked.
If you are a smoker then you can never get soft smooth lips. So quit
smoking as early as possible.
Avoid eating spicy and salty foods.
Drink plenty of fluids to keep body and skin hydrated.
Avoid drinking hot tea and coffee.
Keeping lips moisturized 24 hours will always keep it supple

rub the vinegar directly on the area of the sore
muscle/cramp.  A variation of this is a fellow who
drank pickle juice and achieved similar results.
Judith recommends 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, 1
teaspoon of honey, a sprig of fresh mint and 8 to 10
ounces of cold water, well mixed.

A warm shower or bath also triggers the muscle to
relax, which can be great for tension knotted
shoulders or muscles tight from overuse.  For
bruising or inflammation, an ice pack applied to the
affected area for up to 20 minutes can reduce
swelling and soreness.

Massage helps to stimulate blood circulation to an
area, which speeds healing.  When combined with
healing oils, such as the essential oils blends
listed above or pepper rub below, you get a double
benefit.
