If you are serious about gaining weight, just eating too much is not the absolute solution rather you need to eat properly, eat well and eat right, at right time.
Calorie intakes Help:
Yes, it might sound amazing but, You need to eat more than your usual calorie intake because this is the easiest tip for gaining those extra Pounds.
A lot of protein will help, eat loads of protein rich food like pulses, beans etc. Don't forget to add dairy products like milk, eggs, fish, and meat to your platter. Remember adding calories is good but only those many calories that are required, do not try to add too much which will convert into fat. Make a proper time routine to consume meals and you will see the difference yourself very soon.
Starters, Snacking prior to meals:
Keep in mind that, weight lovers should never skip meals. Eating every 2-3 hours will be better. Divide your food into say 3 main meals with 3 in between small meals (snacking).
Trying a handful of snacks, dry fruits, energy bars, granola etc would be best idea.
Junk food Sucks health:
They are very tasty, no doubt but, don't prefer the taste over your health. Fast food is always tempting and finger licking good, but eating junk food is not good for health as well as for your plan of weight gaining.
The reason is, junk foods contain too large amount of calories, which sometimes becomes difficult to consume, and it has bad fats and off course very little nutrition. So, a burger or a pizza or finger chips are a strict no as eating too much fast foods help weight gain through fat, not through healthy lean muscle. Also, as a healthy advice avoid consuming processed food.
Balanced diet will balance your health:
You should not forget to eat a balanced diet and a variety of nutrients like proteins, starch, vitamins, minerals etc must be included so that the body is not used to eating just certain foods.
Also, while choosing a balanced meal, one should avoid eating foods that contain bad fats like Dalda, red meat, margarine etcetera as they are bad for the health of your heart and will only leave you more worried.
Stay hydrated, stay fit:
Drink plenty of fresh water, milk, fresh juices and energy drinks to keep yourself properly hydrated. As a healthy advice drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day. It will keep all of your inner systems fit and smooth.
