Home Remedies For Foot Pain

Many individuals suffer from the problem of foot pain. The problem of foot pain can be cured with the use of various simple home remedies.


Warm Water
Warm water is one of the most recommended home remedies to treat the problem of foot pain. To use this remedy, an individual can simply put his/her feet in a bucket of warm water for a period of 10 – 15 minutes. This remedy can be used on a daily basis to obtain effective results.


Castor Oil
Rubbing castor oil on the affected feet can also help in reducing the  pain. An individual can also wrap a cloth soaked in castor oil on the affected feet to treat foot pain.
Cinnamon
Consumption of cinnamon can also help an individual in dealing with the problem of foot pain. A cinnamon tea can be prepared by mixing cinnamon powder in a glass of water. It is advisable to consume this tea 3 times in a day to obtain effective results.
An individual can also take a foot bath with water containing a mixture of cinnamon powder and capsaicin to treat the problem of foot pain. Another possible option is to simply soak the feet in warm water containing cinnamon powder.
